Our Accounting 1 course introduces you to both the theory and the practical components of financial accounting. Learn about basic accounting systems and how to prepare, analyze, and interpret a basic set of financial statements. Study a range of topics, including journalizing (posting of transactions), preparing a trial balance, preparing financial statements, measuring and valuing (costing and estimating) inventory, and controlling (accounting for) cash.
