Sculpted and Specialty Cakes HOSF 9409

Our Sculpted and Specialty Cakes course helps you expand your cake decorating repertoire by teaching you to create novelty cakes. Learn to incorporate both structural and design elements as well as a range of decorating skills and techniques as you construct your cakes. Practice making cakes using established designs while you work toward completing a cake of your own design.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9135 Cake Decorating 1 course or our HOSF 9466 Cake Decorating 1 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
