Our Learning Needs Assessments course provides managers and human resources professionals with a framework for identifying training requirements. Learn the steps you need to take when you conduct learning needs assessments. Also explore the tools and techniques used to measure performance proficiencies and deficiencies.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our TETR 9066 Adult Learning Fundamentals course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable. Our discontinued Foundations of Teaching and Training course will be accepted.)
