Our Analysis and Design Definition course teaches you how to develop both current and future state processes as well as to define all specifications necessary to support the development of a robotic process automation (RPA) bot. Learn to leverage techniques and competencies from the business analysis discipline while focusing on process analysis, functional analysis, rules, data/exception flow handling, user interface, and non-functional considerations.
