Our Baking and Culinary Arts for Youth course takes budding young chefs (ages 16 to 19) on an exciting journey into the world of baking and cooking. This hands-on course teaches the essential techniques and explores a variety of recipes involving vegetables, meat, pizza, pasta, desserts, and more. Unleash your culinary creativity as you learn the proper terminology, the correct procedures, and knife skills as well as how to adapt recipes.
