
Business Law LAW 9104
Our Business Law course provides an introduction to a number of topics, including the Canadian legal system; tort law and professional liability; the principles of contract law; the law governing commercial contracts, real property, and intellectual property; debtor-creditor relationships; and forms of business organization (sole proprietorship, partnership, and incorporation).
