Our Cake Decorating 2 course helps you develop the essential skills for working with marzipan, pastillage, rolled fondant and royal icing. Using different piping tips, practice creating the effect of fine lace pieces and beautiful brush embroidery. Learn to complement your specialty cake with cocoa painting, stencilling, quilting, flood work, bas-relief and more.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9135 Cake Decorating 1 course or our HOSF 9466 Cake Decorating 1 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
