Our Change Management course explores the proven methodology of change management, which involves focusing on the “people” aspects when navigating through change (including the needs of employees, customers, and management). Study the different change management models, gain an understanding of the change management leader’s role, and consider the different types of resistance to change. Learn how to promote change management within an organization, how to develop change management plans for the various roles, and how to monitor and evaluate a change management plan’s effectiveness.
