Our Chocolate Desserts course recognizes that chocolate is an integral part of the dessert menu in any restaurant. Develop an advanced appreciation for chocolate by learning how to blend ingredients and techniques from different culinary traditions in order to create daring dishes with complex flavours and visual appeal.

Prerequisites
You must have completed our HOSF 9255 Introduction to Chocolate course or our HOSF 9480 Introduction to Chocolate course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
