Cider Workshop HOST 9170

Our Cider Workshop course teaches you about the incredible diversity of this unique beverage. Cider styles can run the full gamut – from classic English and French styles to local Ontario craft iterations. The increasing popularity of cider is a reflection of both the many dynamic and lively styles available and its balance and complexity. Learn about the cider-making process and tasting techniques as you explore the differences between cider styles from across the globe.
