Our Complex Cheese Pairings course recognizes that, although many argue that cheese should be enjoyed alone, some connoisseurs believe that you can create a more complex experience by combining cheese with other exceptional products. Explore the successes and failures that can be achieved by pairing cheese with wine, beer, whiskey, brandy and more.
