Our Construction Planning and Scheduling course introduces you to project planning and scheduling, including the various types of schedules used in the construction industry. The focus is on the sequencing of operations in a construction project and the effective use of schedules created with a work breakdown structure.

This course has been recognized by the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) as Gold Seal accredited training with CCA credit value and by the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) as a CIQS credit course.

You must have a general understanding of construction/project management.
