Our Corporate Social Responsibility course teaches you about the role that excellent corporate citizenship/advocacy plays in an organization's storytelling, brand reputation, and employee engagement. Learn the instrumental role communications professionals play in driving positive change within organizations while you lean to leverage key skills learned in previous courses (such as press release writing and internal communications). Come away with a strong understanding of when an organization should consider responding to social justice crises, the increasing need for organizations to prioritize social responsibility, and how values-based storytelling can drive awareness and increase brand love among consumers.
