Our Creating Graphic Novels course is a comprehensive course that takes you through all of the stages of graphic novel development, from concept to completion. This graphic novel course brings a strong written component together with the visual design of characters and execution of final artwork. Choose to complete your work through digital media or traditional media. Take part in illustrated lectures, demonstrations, and one-on-one reviews of your work.

Prerequisites

You must submit a portfolio of work to the teacher or you must have completed two of the following courses: ART 9004 Cartooning 1, ART 9005 Cartooning 2, ART 9019 Cartooning 3, ART 9079 Life Drawing for the Illustrator - Derek Test, ART 9046 Children's Book Illustration, or ART 9000 Illustration.
