Our Distributed Control System course teaches a unified approach to developing and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley-based factory integration using FactoryTalk and ViewAnyWare software. Learn how to implement a distributed human-machine interface (HMI) system and set up the database collection. This course also uses a Rockwell-based distributed control system (DCS) to focus on the set-up of DCS applications using an asset management server. Learn to set up and interpret a Rockwell Software Maintenance Automation Control Center (RSMACC) database, set up the plant performance and metrics system, and optimize simulated plant activity using Arena simulation software.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our ELCL 9078 Industrial Process Control course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
