Our Ethics and Professional Responsibility course looks at the paralegal's ethical and professional responsibilities to clients and other licensees. Consider the characteristics of the client, the role of the client, and what is involved in managing the client's expectations. Explore the permitted scope of practice and the essential rules of conduct.

Prerequisites

You must have completed all Term 5 Module courses in our Paralegal Program. (Approved equivalents are also acceptable.)
