Our Evidence and Litigation Process course examines both statutory and common law rules of evidence. Learn about the different types of evidence, the complete adversarial process, and the use of evidence in that process. Consider the commencement of proceedings, appearances before tribunals, and the sequence of proceedings in a trial.

Prerequisites

You must have completed all Term 4 Module courses in our Paralegal Program. (Approved equivalents are also acceptable.)
