Our Financial Management and Planning for Non-profit Organizations course is intended to demystify non-profit finance and provide you with a new level of financial literacy. Learn how to develop a financial plan (including a budget) and about best practices for revenue analysis and the costing of programs. Develop the skills you need to read, understand, and analyze financial statements. Consider the integration of strategy and finance, and learn how to identify risk and fraud so you can protect your organization.
