Our Housekeeping and Facilities Management course recognizes that facilities management in the hotel industry incorporates environmental, economic, and social dimensions. Explore sustainable management from the perspective of hotel housekeeping and engineering departments. Learn how cleanliness can be provided in an economically feasible manner while considering the environmental impact of chemicals and the societal impact of employee training and management. Practice conducting financial analyses of operational budgets using sustainability concepts as a guide.
