Our Immigration and Refugee Law course introduces you to the basic principles, programs, and processes in Canadian immigration, refugee, and citizenship law. Learn about the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and the application process for immigration to Canada. Get the skills you need to analyze case law and related statutes.
Recommendations
This course is designed to enhance the education and skills of those who currently work in the legal field or aspire to do so. You will have the most success in this course if you already have some post-secondary education and/or related work experience before you start this course.
