Our Introduction to Corporate Communications course teaches you about the foundational elements of corporate communications. Learn such key internal communications skills as writing for executive leaders and how best to respond and communicate in times of internal crises. Also explore the power of employer brand and how it can be leveraged to bring awareness and positive recognition in today's competitive business landscape. Come away with a strong understanding of the purpose of public relations (such as pitching media and drafting press releases), the role it plays in today's fast-paced media landscape, and its value in organizations across Canada.
