Our IT Product Development and Implementation course helps you get the knowledge and skills you need to be able to apply project management practices to the IT product development life cycle. This IT product course starts by helping you build a sound foundation in the principles of IT project management. Then it explores the IT product and service development life cycle (from planning to delivery) from the perspective of an IT project manager. Learn to distinguish between traditional and agile project management approaches and how to apply them to the development of business IT products and services. Study the concept of customer experience, and explore product design solutions.
