Our Lean Six Sigma Fundamentals: Yellow Belt course recognizes that today’s workplaces are focused on improving the effectiveness and efficiencies of operations in response to the evolving needs of the market. This Lean Six Sigma course combines traditional lectures with interactive activities and case studies in order to help you gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to contribute to process improvement initiatives in any industry or organization. Study the basics of process improvement methodologies, and practice applying the relevant tools.
