
Legal Research and Writing LAW 9042
Our Legal Research and Writing course teaches you the skills you need to draft legal correspondence and memoranda. Learn how to research statutes and regulations (using both traditional resources and electronic resources), how to interpret cases and statutes, and how to apply those skills in legal writing.
Prerequisites
You must have completed all Term 1 Module courses in our Paralegal Program. (Approved equivalents are also acceptable.)
