Our Ontario Land Use Planning and Zoning Bylaws course focuses on analyzing land use planning, regulations, and processes in Ontario, including Crown lands. Learn how to research existing land uses in Ontario, how to interpret various sections of the Planning Act and the Official Plan, and how to identify environmentally protected areas. Delve into the site plan approval process, zoning bylaws, and the role of zoning in the building permit process. Also explore the relationship between zoning bylaws and the Ontario Building Code.
