Our People Analytics course introduces you to the theories, techniques, and tools involved in using people analytics to inform strategic decision making in human resources (HR). Focus on the theoretical foundations, practices, and approaches that generate the predictive HR analytics driving a sustained competitive advantage for an organization. Study HR research tools and techniques, people analytics frameworks and models, HR data collection and analysis, and the process used to transform HR data into insights and information. Improve your ability to tell a compelling story through data analysis and visualization.

You must have completed our HRM 1031 Human Resources Management course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
