Our Pizza Workshop course teaches you how to prepare and make pizza – from understanding the flour and mixing the dough to selecting the toppings. This fun, informative and intensive culinary workshop gives you the opportunity to tailor your creation as you work with both classic and contemporary toppings, including mozzarella, tomatoes, mushrooms, sausage, bacon, smoked salmon, artichokes, salami, olives, potatoes, goat cheese and more.

Course Essentials:

You must have closed-toe (preferably non-slip, steel toe, flat, black leather) shoes. If you have them, we recommend you bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes and tools to the class.
