Our Purchasing for Hospitality course was developed because purchasing is key to a manager's ability to control the bottom line. Learn to oversee and control a department's buying habits in a way that reduces waste and helps it achieve its goals. Study the control process so that you are better able to set standards, monitor, and take action when necessary.
