Sensory Evaluation of Wines HOSF 9360

Our Sensory Evaluation of Wines course takes an in-depth approach to developing sensory evaluation skills. Acquire the skills needed to identify key characteristics in a wide variety of wines from across the globe. Focus on the human senses that are used to measure a wine's quality and style. Consider food and wine pairings that are based on sensory qualities and cultural perspectives.

Prerequisites

You must be at least 19 years of age and you must have completed our HOST 9008 Wines 1 course or our HOST 9172 Wines 1 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
