Our Small Claims Court course outlines the process involved in small claims court and the various types of claims that can be brought to this court. Learn about defences, the commencement of proceedings, the rules regarding pleadings, and how to represent clients.

You must have completed all Term 4 Module courses in our Paralegal Program. (Approved equivalents are also acceptable.)
