Our Supplier Management course is built on the idea that the success of a company can often rest on how well it develops and manages relationships with its suppliers (of both commodities and services). Explore supplier management in terms of procurement and procurement strategies. Consider supplier management from the suppliers' point of view, and learn how you can establish a mutually beneficial relationship so you can improve supplier management.

You must have completed our LSCM 9001 Introduction to Supply Chain Management course.

You must have a copy of Excellence in Supplier Management: How to better manage contracts with suppliers and add value by Stuart Emmett and Barry Crocker before you begin this course.
