Tea Career Preparation HOSF 9396

On Campus

Our Tea Career Preparation course was developed because the role of the tea expert is evolving and its scope of responsibilities is changing as new trends emerge. With this tea course, explore the progressive side of tea, look at tea industry trends and market forecasts, and discover ways to draw customers to a tea establishment. Learn how to blend tea and about the role that tisanes (herbal infusions) can play in your catalogue of offerings. Develop the skills you need to write copy (for menus or websites) that describes a tea, its terroir, its characteristics, and its story, and learn to use social media and other platforms to build a community of tea lovers. Consider all the ways you can tap into opportunities to consult with cafés and hold tea events.
