Tea Types 2: Black, Oolong, and Pu'er Teas HOSF 9393

Our Tea Types 2: Black, Oolong, and Pu'er Teas course further investigates black, oolong, and pu'er teas, with a focus on their sensory evaluation. Review the production methods for these three types of tea as well as the major geographical and cultural influences. Review the general characteristics of each tea type, study how terroir influences their character, and consider the many samples within each category. Apply the evaluation techniques learned in our Tea Foundations course to sample teas from each type, and practice traditional evaluation methods using industry-standard cupping sets.
