Our Torts and Contracts course provides a complete overview of tort law and contract law. Explore torts and defences, negligence law and defences, strict liability law and defences, and the determination of damages. Review the elements of a valid contract, the implied terms, and breach of contract.

Prerequisites

You must have completed all Term 1 Module courses in our Paralegal Program. (Approved equivalents are also acceptable.)
