
Tribunal Practice and Procedure LAW 9051
Our Tribunal Practice and Procedure course examines the general practices and procedures used at an administrative tribunal. Learn to identify and interpret the legislation of administrative tribunals while acquiring a comprehensive knowledge of the tribunal hearing process. Develop the insight necessary to practice before tribunals, including the procedures required.
Prerequisites
You must have completed all Term 2 Module courses in our Paralegal Program. (Approved equivalents are also acceptable.)
