Our Wedding Cake Specialist course is intended for those bakers who want to widen their skillset through the profitable and creative outlet of spectacular, showstopper wedding and specialty cakes. Expand on your basic decorating knowledge by studying high-volume cakes and the fillings suitable for large cakes. Better yet, this wedding cake course goes beyond decorating to teach you about the business and process of wedding cakes – from consultations, costings, and purchasing all the way through to transportation and delivery. Get the skills you need to work with couples to create the wedding cake of their dreams.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9135 Cake Decorating 1 course or our HOSF 9466 Cake Decorating 1 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

This section has continuous intake registration. That means it does not have a traditional start date. You can register at any time (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) during the date range shown, and you will have until the end date of the section (CRN) in which you are registered to complete the course.
