Our Wellness Business Operations and Facilities Management course teaches you the fundamentals of operations, sustainable practices, and efficiencies in wellness facilities management. Explore wellness business human resources, including acceptable hiring practices, compensation, key performance indicator (KPI) analysis, and employment and business law.
