Our Baking Arts course helps you develop essential pastry skills as you learn to create a variety of baked goods. Demonstrations teach you the foundational baking techniques and methods that you will then practice as you make your own pies, cookies, soft rolls, cakes, tarts, éclairs, chocolates and more.

Course Essentials:

You must have a full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools for this course. The teacher will provide you with a bookstore voucher for a uniform package, but you must purchase your shoes and tools separately. The teacher will provide a list of required tools during the first class.
