
Brunch HOSF 9374
Our Brunch course teaches you the skills you need to prepare extraordinary brunch dishes such as poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, potato-apple galette, cured salmon, sweet and savoury crepes, biscuits and gravy, croque étudiant, brie- and lobster-stuffed omelettes, and corned beef hash. Learn to work with new ingredients and flavour combinations as you expand your culinary repertoire.

Prerequisites
You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
