Clean Eating HOSF 9165

Our Clean Eating course helps you go beyond fat grams and calorie counts to discover how delicious healthy foods can taste. This cooking course focuses on wholesome foods and cooking techniques that promote a healthy lifestyle. Learn to use simple, uncomplicated ingredients to make nutritious, clean recipes, including persimmon smoothies, buckwheat noodle bowls, tea smoked trout, cauliflower couscous, carnitas-style chicken tacos, collard greens with squash and spicy pepitas and more.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9445 Healthy Culinary Arts course or our HOSF 9476 Healthy Culinary Arts course or our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
