Our Management Accounting course introduces you to cost accounting – a tool used to help management carry out numerous functions and all aspects of decision making. This accounting course starts with an overview of managerial accounting then covers basic cost terms and classifications, job order costing, process costing, activity-based costing, quality management, cost behaviour, cost-volume-profit relationships, and variable and standard costing.
