Our Pantry Cooking course teaches you how to build and stock your pantry so you can cook for your family at home. Get the skills you need to keep your family well fed during quarantine and isolation by learning how to research new ideas and flavours, stock up for extended periods in one trip, and plan dishes. Working from a stocked pantry, learn how to prepare a wide variety of meals, expand your repertoire of pantry-based dishes, manage your inventory and handle leftovers to get the most out of every pantry ingredient. Practice creating a schedule for meal prep and cooking so that you can eat well while also managing other demands on your time.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
