You must have completed our HOSF 9283 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9496 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
