Sandwiches HOSF 9411

Our Sandwiches course recognizes that sandwiches (a mainstay in kitchens around the world) can be anything from classic deli creations to extraordinary regional specialties. Learn how to craft complete sandwiches in a way that takes them from good to great – from making the fillings and condiments to baking the breads/buns. Explore a variety of sandwiches, including porchetta sandwiches, falafels, bánh mì sandwiches, cemitas, burgers, and more.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
